Hi! My name is Ilyas Hussein
I am a second year Bachelor of science student, majoring in biotechnology at Swinburne University of Technology.
I thoroughly enjoy the thrill of conducting experiments, in the attempt to reach any new knowledge that I have yet to attain.
This passion has motivated me to investigate any methods that can increase the lifespan of humans as the first topic of this blog, essentially calorie-restriction diets.
Communication is what I believe to be, one of the most important aspects of science. Therefore it is the duty of scientists to advocate their discoveries.
As Stephen Hawking once said “Not only is it important to ask questions and find the answers, as a scientist I felt obligated to communicate with the world what we were learning.”
